Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers has been called up to the England squad for the Nations League after multiple player withdrawals due to injury.

Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers has been handed a call-up to England's squad for the upcoming Nations League internationals in November, following the withdrawal of eight players due to injury. West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen, Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite, Newcastle full-back Tino Livramento, and Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford have also been added to interim boss Lee Carsley's squad.

Among the players who have pulled out are Chelsea's Levi Colwill and Cole Palmer, Arsenal's Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka, Manchester City's Phil Foden and Jack Grealish, Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Southampton's Aaron Ramsdale. England are set to face Greece on 14 November and the Republic of Ireland on 17 November.

As reported by BBC, this squad will be Carsley's last as interim manager before Thomas Tuchel takes on the role on a full-time basis in January 2025. More updates regarding the squad and matches will follow.
