Scotland Names Squad for Nations League Clashes Against Croatia and Poland

Scotland's head coach Steve Clarke announces a revamped squad for final Nations League matches, featuring John McGinn and Tommy Conway.

Aston Villa's captain John McGinn has been named in Scotland's squad as they prepare for their final Nations League matches against Croatia and Poland. Following a disappointing run of form, the team hopes to lift its fortunes with Middlesbrough striker Tommy Conway joining him.

The head coach has made five changes to the squad, including the return of defenders Jack Hendry and Scott McKenna. In spite of not playing for his club this season, Ipswich Town goalkeeper Cieran Slicker receives his first senior call-up. Although they currently sit at the bottom of Group A1 with just one win from their last 16 matches, Clarke's side is hoping to build confidence following their recent draw against Portugal.

Scotland's upcoming fixtures include hosting Croatia on November 15 before travelling to Poland on November 18, marking the conclusion of their Nations League campaign.
